How does the proofing process work?
When you place your order, we will contact you within 24 hours to ask for photos and information that will go on the announcement or card. Once we receive your photos, we will begin work on your cards. You will normally receive a proof within 24 hrs, although, it could be a little longer depending on the number of orders we're processing. Your proof will arrive in an email. You will need to respond to this email to let us know if you are completely satisfied with the way your card looks. Once all the corrections are made and you are happy with the final product, we will have your cards professionally printed and mail them to you.

What is the time frame for ordering?
Generally, the proofing process will take 1-3 days depending on the number of changes you have and the total number of orders that we are processing at that time. After you confirm that you are satisfied with the proof and have paid for your cards, we will generally have them printed within three business days. They will be mailed either first class or priority mail, depending on the weight. This time could be longer if you do not have a digital image to submit or if you request a printed proof prior to confirming your order.

Will I be able to view my announcement before it's printed?
You will receive a proof by e-mail. We will not print your announcement until you are completely satisfied.

How do I submit photographs to you?
We will email you requesting photos and other information. Please submit your photos in the highest resolution possible to improve the quality of your print. If you don't have your photograph in digital format, you may submit it by US postal mail. This will increase the time it takes to complete your order.

Can I use a professional photograph?
The only way we can print a professional photograph is if you have the written consent of the studio waiving the copyright of a professional photograph.

Are envelopes included with my order?
Envelopes are included.

How may I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards through Google Checkout. You may also send a cashier's check or money order.

Do you accept personal checks?
No.
