Our Promise
We want our customers to be extremely satisfied with their purchase. When a customer orders an announcement,
card, or invitation, we work closely with the customer to get it just right. As we create the card, we send
proofs to you for you to review. If you don’t like something on the proof, we’ll change it! We want to be
sure you’re absolutely satisfied before we send your order to print. If we cannot get your proof the way you
want it, we’ll refund 100% of your money. Because cards can be reproduced easily, we do not offer refunds
after your cards have shipped.
We do offer a satisfaction guarantee on all other items purchased on our site. Contact us within 15 days of
placing your order, and we’ll tell you how to return it. Once we have received it back in the condition it
was shipped, we will issue the refund. We do not refund shipping and handling charges and we will not pay to
have the item returned to us. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
